Welcome to Mobility Health & Rehab
I provide physiotherapy in clients’ own homes and in aged care facilities across Perth’s western suburbs, from North Fremantle to Karrinyup. Sessions can also be held in local pools, parks, gyms, or other community locations where appropriate.
About me
I graduated from Curtin University in 1998 and began my career working in private practice in both Perth and Collie. I have also worked at Royal Perth Hospital, including in the Intensive Care Unit and at Shenton Park Rehabilitation Hospital.
These roles gave me extensive experience and a deep understanding of how physiotherapy can improve patient outcomes across a wide range of medical conditions.
I have also worked as a physiotherapy tutor for Curtin University and the University of Notre Dame supporting the development of future physiotherapists.
I have a holistic approach to patient care and with my hospital background, am skilled in adapting treatment for clients with complex medical needs.
Outside of work I enjoy running and going to the gym. I also have three teenage children and am a volunteer running coach.
I provide assessment and treatment in the following areas:
- General mobility decline, balance issues and falls prevention
- Post-medical and post-operative rehabilitation
- Neurological conditions (e.g. Parkinson's disease)
- Stroke rehabilitation
- Orthopaedic conditions
- Cardiopulmonary physiotherapy
- Dementia-related mobility and function

Primary Care (EPC) clients require a valid GP referral and can receive up to five Medicare subsidised sessions per calendar year. Medicare and private health insurance cannot be claimed for the same appointment.
